Daniel Pardo is who I have to thank for getting me many steps closer to reaching my weight loss goals.

I started off with a mindset to simply lose weight, but with Daniel’s tips & training sessions I realised that training & eating well is about health, energy & enjoying the journey. Daniel pushes me to my limits every session, but I still manage to look forward to the next session. Doing PT with Daniel has been a great decision, he is extremely encouraging & every session is different to the last, always a challenge but so worth it.

Daniel’s training has helped me with my weight loss & increased my body strength. Daniel has also given me great eating tips & advice on things I wouldn’t have considered prior. Training with Daniel has motivated me & given me a desire to train more than ever before, I have never stuck to any training before as long as I have now & I have Daniel Pardo to thank for that.

Daniel is a polite & well mannered young man who I highly recommend!
