They Supplement Your Training And Nutrition Plan, You Cannot “out-supplement” A Bad Diet And You Cannot Get Results Without Training.

Until you have these two components under control I wouldn’t even think about supplementation. If your training and nutrition is sound then it’s time to supplement.

They can definitely give you the boost you need but unfortunately there is a lot of misinformation when it comes to supplements. Big supplement companies exploit a lot of peoples lack of knowledge on the subject by using false advertising with clever marketing strategies by using names like supershred x and mass gain 3000 etc. I made the mistake when I was younger of reading the trigger words that were on the label and spending a lot of my hard earned money on supplements that have little to no benefit. Some supplements may come in a proprietary blend, have a few key ingredients that could help.

They claim on the label to have all the benefits but come in a dosage too small to have any effect. With that being said there are a lot of supplements that can be beneficial. I will cut out all of the BS and educate you on the supplements that have been proven to work and hopefully save you a lot of money.
