This System Is like no other!

I have poured my whole heart, soul and all my knowledge into this 90 day Life Overhaul System. My only objective is to get YOU results and I am no failure! I have been a personal trainer for over 5 years. When I am not training or working I am researching, reading and finding ways to perfect my craft. I consider myself in an elite group of trainers.

Just a bit about me. This was me

Look far beyond the body transformation. I grew up in Campbelltown a lonely, frail boy with no purpose or ambition. Everything I have learned in my life has been through sheer hard work, knock downs and tumultuous times.

I am battle tested. Just as I want to help you discover and achieve your purpose in life I am in the process of doing the same.

My goal? 10,000+body life transformations.

Week 1 Getting started and introduction of daily activities
Week 2 Discover your why and Meal prep (Weekly activity)
Week 3 Goal setting and planning and planning and organising (Weekly activity)
Week 4 Condition the minds – (Create your definite main purpose statement)
Week 5 Create your environment for success + Recreate your motivation (Weekly activity)
Week 6 Create your past, present and future boards
Create the foundation is done The foundation has been set in the first 6 weeks. You are to implement everything from the first 6 weeks on a daily and weekly basis.
Create the new you Week 7-12 there will be comfort zone challenges. You are to complete one of these per week for the last 6 weeks. You will have a selection to choose from. You are to record this for evidence and show me. (This is confidential and will not be shown to anybody but me)
Week 7 Exercise- Make your own exercise routine and introduction to comfort zone challenges
Week 8 Nutrition – Make your own meal plan
Week 9 Treat yourself
Week 10 The people around you
Week 11 Create your mastermind group
Week 12 Show me the new you
