When I started training on my own, In that time I did see some slight improvement but due to my limited knowledge

and understanding of fitness and nutrition it was far from the results I was after. I have been training with Daniel for a while now and wow I didn’t think I could see so much improvement in my training or physique. My strength has increased tenfold. I went from having little strength at all to benching bodyweight, shoulder pressing 36kgs, leg pressing 300+kg……it goes on and on.
