Before starting personal training with Daniel I really struggled to find motivation for any exercise. I would always make excuses for myself
to not do anything that day; too tired from work, too busy with assignments or even just a slight headache in the morning would be enough for me to justify not doing any exercise that afternoon. Now I always make it to at least 3 training sessions each week and I actually get really excited for them. Daniel always makes sessions challenging but also a lot of fun.

You always know you are in for a tough workout when you see his evil little grin but I always feel so accomplished by the end of it. He is always so enthusiastic and supportive and always makes you feel so proud of yourself for accomplishing goals or even just for smashing out an awesome workout. I’m currently 11kg down from my heaviest weight and I am so motivated to reach even further goals. I couldn’t be happier with my fitness levels at the moment and it’s all thanks to Daniel.
