When I first joined the gym I wasn’t sure what to expect, I was very shy and found it hard to find confidence in myself, I was chubby with bad eating habits. Over the first few months I worked on my set program by the gym owner, it helped but since working with Daniel he listened to what my goals were and tailored a program that suits me and my goals, he even went through and demonstrated each work out before I tried it out to help me understand exactly how I should be doing it and for the best results. He had a lot of patience to do so because I can be very slow at learning new things.

He also helped with my diet and meal planning, since then it seems every week I am seeing new and better results. Now, after a quite a few months training under Daniels program and meal advice I feel a lot more confident, more motivated, a lot more energized and just feel happier in general. Not only is Daniel a great personal trainer, he is a great person for being able to sit down and talk to you as friend in those moments you feel you need it the most, because it is hard to constantly push yourself but having the right person helping you takes a lot off the stress of not getting there quick enough away.

But not only that, he is a great person for being able to handle so much responsibility, being able to cater differently for each of his clients and members like myself, yet make you feel so comfortable in telling him what you eat or how you live. He is a very fun person to be around and gives a positive comfortable energy as soon as I walk into the gym. I would recommend Daniel to any and all of my friends and family in hopes they see the great results that I have been seeing over the past year and can gain that extra confidence in their life that I have now found.
