I first started weight training to lose body fat and build muscle for the biggest day of my life (My wedding.)
As I was new to the gym scene, I was looking for someone to ask for tips on training. I noticed this bloke ( Daniel Pardo) who trained hard and heavy and had a great physique. I started talking to Daniel and found him very approachable. Before I knew it we were training together every day. Daniel has taught me so much about nutrition, mindset, goal setting, planning and training in general. I know without Daniel’s guidance I would have probably given up and not come close to reaching my goals. I now class Daniel as one of my best mates and so much so that he is a groomsman in my wedding. I cannot thank Daniel enough for helping me stay focused on the goals I had set. I have put on muscle and size and I’m the strongest I’ve ever been. I would highly recommend DPPT to anyone that is looking for a personal trainer.
